Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to the Subscribe & Save subscription option. A one-time purchase creates no subscription and has nothing to cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time, easily, with no fees and no penalty.

How to cancel

Cancel using either method below. Both are free and take effect right away.

• Email: support@daily-cosmic.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it.
• Phone: 754-208-1594.

We will confirm your cancellation by email. Keep that confirmation for your records.

When to cancel

To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Your billing date recurs every 4 weeks (28 days) from your first charge. Once you cancel, no further charges will be made.

What happens after you cancel

Canceling stops all future recurring charges immediately. You keep any book already delivered for the current billing period. Cancellation does not by itself refund a charge that has already been made; refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and 30-day money-back guarantee.

No cancellation fees

There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no penalty for canceling. Subscribe & Save is billed every 4 weeks with no long-term commitment.

Refunds after cancellation

If you were charged and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund under our Refund Policy. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
